For what its worth next time you try something like this it might be worth a chat on here first as this has been done before.
You may also find it helpful to plan what you are going to do in advance, when I looked at it I decided it was going to be much easier and give me a better finish if I took the rear bumper off and then its very easy to fit this kit and left the instructions here https://forums.seatcupra.net/index.php?threads/cupra-280-2014-rear-bumper-removal.444362/ for the bumper removal if you ever find yourself in need of doing it.
