Hi guys, seen a few threads on here about people fitting the armrest but not seen any guides or pictures to show how it's done?

I'm trying to fit mine at the moment but having some difficulty!

When the instructions tell you to lift the centre console to fit the base in there are two "screws" in the way either side of the first screw that gets taken out? They don't have heads to unscrew and seem more like rivets. I don't really want to have to drill them out. Any experienced this?

Which arm rest is it I fitted the SEAT version had to cut out the bottom of the cup holder at the rear other than that it is very easy screws are Torq can't remember what size, but is easy even :rolleyes:for an old fart to fit

I just cut them (the screws had plastic washers keeping them in) out in the end. There was no way of lifting the centre console to fit the armrest base otherwise. After that it was plain sailing and I'm really pleased with the result.

I'm now driving around with a very comfortable left arm :) !

Posted these pics so many times now.

This is mine, I didn't fit it. Came as part of a sports pack you could get back in 2010.
