Model Year 23/24 Cupra Formentor Poor Audio

Recently got my Formentor and I love the car aside from the infotainment but particularly the poor audio. I had read that the audio is ok but I am disappointed with it.

It’s a 2024 V2 and unfortunately is a lease so upgrading isn’t an option. Does anyone have an EQ settings they can recommend or other tweaks to improve the sound?

I found the standard stereo at least as good as the BOSE in my Mazda.

I followed the advice to drop all the sliders to the lowest setting and then 'add' to each setting, it's a very shallow u shaped curve and it's worth taking an good hour with different music to tune to your ear.

I agree, the base audio system is rubbish. Partner has already asked me if I can upgrade it as the base audio in her Clubman before was better.
I've tried playing with the EQ but can't seem to get any decent results. Bass is lacking any power, top end is screechy and mid non existent.
