Hi all. im going crazy trying to find the badge/logo/emblem for the latest cupra/fr flat bottom steering wheel which come in 2010 and onwards cupras & fr.

ive recently bought one but it has the fr logo on it between the 2 pillers on a plastic piece which is in gloss black in a v shape at the bottom.

as im doing a cupra replica im after the "CUPRA" badge which usually goes across the same black plastic piece on the cupras 2010 onwards.

Can anyone help or has anyone got any suggestions?

Your help and advice would be much appreciated

cheers

Mate why a Cupra replica? You should be happy it is an FR. If you wanted a Cupra why didn't you buy one? You know it may have a knock on effect on both your insurance and resale value? I don't mean to make out as if I'm having a go.... But replicating a Cupra...... When you have an fr...

Agree, on the exterior mine is basically a cupra R but I wouldn't dream of badging it up as one.

Hello. Recently bought a Seat Leon Cupra R mk2 facelift. The steering wheel plastic trim has been replaced with an aftermarket black glossy ones and the CUPRA logo in the middle is gone.

Can I please have the part number for that plastic trim and the logo in the middle? Or at least the silver plastic trim to make it look OEM.
Please don't tell me Seat don't manufacture a removable plastic trim and I have to buy a whole steering wheel...

Does anyone know how to replace this plastic trim and can give instructions? Do I need to remove whole steering wheel and paint the plastic while its on the steering wheel or can I replace it without removing the wheel?

Ideally you need to take the airbag out, then there's 4 small torx screws holding the trim together.

Remove the screws and the trim comes apart. If you don't remove the airbag you'll probably brake a couple of the tiny clips that hold it together, some silicone will hold it together just fine so it's your choice.
