Did you get any luck with speaking to the MD on that email address? I’ve tried to complain about something to talkto@Seat but it is just going round n circles with them avoiding answering simple questions. Thanks
When you next write to talkto@Seat explain that you want your case to be escalated to the Executive Office. Will take a little while to be transferred over, but will be sorted.
To be honest though, after owning a total of 13 VW/Audi Group cars on the bounce (majority of which purchased new), I can’t be bothered dealing with their appalling customer service any longer. My Leon Cupra will be the last vehicle that I purchase from the group.
