hey guys ive replaced both before and after cat lambda sensors becuase one was bust. now the car is constantly throwing up a fault saying lambda sensor proformace too low. anyone else have this problem? do i need a high proformace lambda if they exist.

fualt code is
17511 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor Heating: B1 S1: Performance too Low
P1103 - 35-00 --

You used the correct sensor for the car? Wiring ok?

It's the heating part of the sensor it says is performing too low. that does not mean you need a high performance sensor :)

as above, what sensor did you buy and whats your engine code :)

Having the same issue, replaced it with a second hand o2 sensor but the same fault cam back.
where the cheapest place to get a new pre o2 sensor from?

you can tell if a catch gone by taking the temp of before and after lambda area if they are the same cats gone. if the back reads more than the front your cats fine. im going to do this tomorow so ill keep posted
