Delivery Time On FR TDI?

I have just ordered a Candy White FR Tdi with the upgraded alloys, bluetooth pack, convience pack.

Whats my realistic waiting time for the car, does anyone have a clue?

I was hoping to have it for march but seeing some threads mite need to think again.....

Will have to see what he comes up with....

Not a TDI but I ordered an FR the first week in January and it won't be here till the end of March at the earliest, which is at least the full 12 weeks. Didn't expect to have to wait so long but it'll be worth it.

Ordered mine at the weekend and they are predicting end of March / start of April (TDI FR, bluetooth, comfort, winter, zenith grey). I can't wait !

I think that will be the problem, dealerships can scan the whole delivery system and what's in transit - your friends "contact" may not have this access, anyway good luck anf hopfully welcome aboard??!!

Ordered mine in May last year and allowing for the summer factory break I took delivery in September - CW, 18's, winter pack convenience pack and sunroof and bluetooth.

Well worth the wait though.

Ordered a Crono Yellow one (with the 18s) a week and a half ago. Was only one the spec I wanted in the UK... aparently... so picked it up last night soooo happy. lol

Yesterday i posted a request on people's delivery time,

Just a quick email to let you know that my car is due to be delivered on the 1st of march, the finance company confirmed it this morning.

Ordered mine (TDI FR, Zenith Grey) last week and have to wait till 8th March, but thats only because I wanted an 08 Plate, and i'm snowboarding for the first week of March....Life is good.

It seems if you want no options (except metallic paint) then you can get them very quickly as it doesn't have to be a factory order.

To be honest the guy phoned me 2day and said that your in luck, there was one happend to be built on the 21st of Jan which has ur specification which is:

Candy White
18 Inch Alloys
Bluetooth Pack
Convienience Pack

And the car has a passenger air bag switch on it which wasnt requested but they are throwing that in for free, so its all good.

Ordered at week-end for delivery 1st April
Candy white,full body kit,full leather interior(black & red).centre arm rest in leather red stitching,bluetooth,18inch wheels,bi-xeon directional H/Lights, carpet mats and i have asked for brake calipers to be painted. The dealer has told me yet it wont be deliverd so fingers crossed
