door lock, broken into.!!

hey. i'm looking to get a new lock for the drivers door as some mug thought it would be a great idea to stick a screwdriver in it last night and rob my sound system. as you can tell i'm not too happy.

if anyone knows prices and the best place to take it would be great if you could let me know please as i cant lock the car up at the moment.

If you have a remote to lock and unlock Pabs did a guide on how to remove the lock from the door alltogether so it cant happen again

isnt there any way you could adjust the alarm so it doesnt disarm when unlock the door so alarm would still go off if hadnt disarmed the car using the fob? you could use the key to unlock door but the alarm would still be armed?

there is not much of a lock left in the door so i cant lock/unlock and my remote key i never got when i got the car i have a vw one thats been cut but not programed to the car yet. so need to get a new dor lock or other key programed and get the car de locked what ever is gonna be cheaper for now.!!
