draining radiator fluid?

im wanting to change the radiator fluid as its low a prob could do with changing or should i just top up ot sure whats in it it looks clear like water at the mo.
i have bought some fluid that needs diluting how do i drain it all off is there a plug to release it?

hi just pop the bottom hose off if you want to drain it completley, then fill back up with antifreeze/summer coolant and water after putting the bottom hose back on of course !

cant find the drain plug under seat ibiza 1.4 chill 2000.,, any suggestions??
