Drive system fault/error

Hi all,

I have recently been having issues with my Formentor.
It’s been into the garage under warranty and been sorted to what I had hoped, until today when I have the drive system error message again.
Has anyone had this themselves? My Formentor has done under 4000 miles and had it since March.
