DSG clutch pack upgrade happening!!!!

The guys at INA in the dealer section here want to know how many of us have the DSG box as they are working on an uprated clutch pack. I have been speaking to them about it for a while now and they have ordered a clutch pack and had it shipped to them in the states as the boxes they have there are the new wet boxes. So pop on there please and let them know who all has the box as they are trying to gauge interest in producing the product.

Well done Jc, really excited about this. Just one thing thats worrying me though. What is the next componant that will require upgrading for real power? Im guessing the turbo but what are the internals good for?

I think the internals will be just fine tbh. they have been strengthened to cope with the additional power. I have an entire book on this engine so if any one wants a copy, send me a pm with your e-mail addy and I will send it on to you, coz I'm nice like that

The new 7 speed DSGs with a torque limit at 550nm... (used on audis in US)

I believe it has something to do with the internals or what ever. Not that clued up on it tbh mate but they are not as strong as the wet boxes which feature oin the golf etc.

DQ200, 7 Speed DSG, Dry Clutch, maximum Torque: 250nm (Golf MK6, Polo, Ibiza, Audi A3... with 1.2 / 1.4 TSI and 1.6 TDI)

DQ250, 6 Speed DSG, Wet Clutch, maximum Torque: 300-350nm ( Golf MK6 GTI, 2.0 TDI, and so on ... )

DQ500, 7 Speed DSG, Wet Clutch ( The big ones, like T5 as sample)

i know these Boxes very good, and i really i hope theyre bring a upgraded clutch for these DQ200.
