EBC Brakes! What's going on?

Tried the DS2500 with EBC slotted and also OEM smooth - didn't notice a massive amount of braking difference so have stuck to OEM discs and DS2500 pads.

I have looked at those pads they have a good rap on them. So, if it is not broken do'nt try and fix it....

The problem some of the time is two many choices and you do not want to make a wrong one as it cost to much bloody money.....

ever thought of cryogenics on the rotors and or clutch/flywheel??

On the S2000? Haha no - standard parts are expensive enough here. That said, the OEM parts on ths are pretty good anyway.

Quick update, i emailed "Carpride" the company who make the wheel cleaner i used on my wheels and calipers( It's like "WonderWheels"), and they say that it COULD contaminate brake pads and that i should change my brakepads as this could well be the reason for my poor braking performance!
Why make a substance that could damage brakepads when it is clearly designed to be used in and around wheels and brake areas?
Maybe i will try what Badger 5 says and take out the pads and run them over some sandpaper, if it's only surface contamination! Trouble is i am running out of time, i have a trackday booked for next Tues 29th!!!

even though the pound is so much better then the US dollar if I buy from the UK I do not have to pay VAT and it is at 20% that is crazy

there would be riots over here.......

Bin the EBC, buy something decent.
