It's a dealer only program although if you can acquire a copy then updates are available at http://files.mytouareg.info/

It does take some jiggery pokery to get it working though...

You will never get a real "Genuine" version because you need dealer logins etc but you can get working versions. ive had a couple

From version 7.4 it's requires a security dongle in order to work. Contact LEX who maintain the system and they might be able to help but don't be surprised if it costs a fortune!
