exhaust blowing?

When I've got the seats down I can hear the exhaust blowing under high revs/boost

Does this mean I've got a hole somewhere? Or is it normal?

Don't quote me on this dude but I think its pretty normal. The exhaust is MUCH louder with the seats down and you can hear an almost rasping sound when you boot it! HTH....

It's even louder with half of the back seats removed and no spare tyre lol!!!

Yep, my trackday was loud for that very reason! Good job I had a helmet on then!

my cupra sounds like this too if the seats are down. I think it sounds cr@p if I am honest lol. Just sounds like lots of air with no deep grunt. Sounds like blowing out of a straw lol.

Im sure a milltek would sort that though!

I thought it would sound nice, but like u said, it just sounds like blowing thru a straw!


I am either getting a milltek or an exhaust from bcs in the next month or so. Can't wait lol

My mate removed the middle box on his K1 (which I think has a remus back box) and it was loud!
