Facelift side & day running lights

What's up guys,

Is it possible to buy sidelight & day running bulbs that emit white light instead of the stock orange, without flickering?

I don't want to use any resistors I've read about lol.

I've unsuccessfully tried these which have now stopped working 70% of the time

Yeah, it's pretty much a lottery in the LED bulbs. I've tried many different brands and they all start to flicker after a few months. Lights on dash (some worse than others). The only thing I've found if your not set on getting LED is to get the coated Halogens. I've got the fog version and they do look white. They do sidelights as well, they look like this(they are white when lit).

I was thinking about trying halogens to be fair, hopefully Halfords have got some like that. Can you remember where you found the bulbs like in your photo?

Yeah, they are the sidelights.. I can't see DRLs in Halfords/ECP... they do have them on ebay though:

I recently fitted these DRL LED bulbs in my FL mk2 and not had any issues with them.

I'm also running the philips white vision sidelights as I've found the LED sidelights just just be a faff and throw errors.
