Fluctuating rpm

Hi everyone, new member here & looking for some help/pointing in the right direction.

Over the past 2/3 days I’ve noticed when putting my foot down an letting off the acceleration the RPM needle is fluctuating/fluttering, probably around 100/200rpm jumps. Anybody else experienced the same or know what the cause is ?
My car is a 16’ cupra 290, stage 1 ECU & TCU from unicorn motor developments. Running with an r600 induction kit/boost pipe/turbo elbow & custom cat back exhaust.
Any help would be much appreciate. TIA.

Did you ever manage to sort this? My mk2 cupra R is doing the same thing and I can replicate it by just blipping the throttle, only does it when driving not at idle
