Fluid leak... 2.5 week old Cupra 300

Im hoping someone might be able to help?

I’ve just had a resonator delete done on my Cupra 300. I’ve just come back from a 30 mile drive, and was checking under the car to see whether there were any exhaust leaks (all good thankfully!)...

However, out of the corner of my eye, I noticed some fluid dripping onto the floor from the underside of the car (before we go any further I should say that it’s a bone dry day and I haven’t been through any water whilst driving). Once I’d checked to see that it wasn’t scalding hot, I put my hand underneath and I think it’s water as it has no smell and no colour to it. Does anyone know where this might be coming from and what it might be? The car isn’t even 3 weeks old yet!!

I’ve attached a photo which should hopefully show what I’m referring to (this is at the front of the car, driver side)... As you can see it seems to be running down the metal and dripping off the bottom...
