Formentor oversteer issue

Hey guys wondering if anyone has this issue. I have a brand new 2023 formentor. Since I’ve got it when parked and moving up with the wheel fully locked it sometimes feel like steering mechanism feels off

Tyre fine. I wish I could discribe the feeling of the steerin a lot better.

Kinda feels like the wheel going over a rut when the wheel is locked. It’s just not smooth.
