G201/01435 fault - still free repair????

Hello all, I have had the dreaded ESP light come up today. I have done a check via Carista and it through up the 01435/G201 code. I have obviously seen how costly it is to replace.

Please someone tell me that SEAT UK are still doing free repairs? My local SEAT dealer is Snows, Portsmouth.

It was never an official recall i believe. Best thing to do would be ring Seat UK and ask them. If it was a service action, they may honour it if your car has not had it done already.

Just thought I'd post up a link to the original thread about this in case any others come across this one and are wondering why SEAT might do the fix for free, or may at least provide a goodwill payment towards any repair costs for the G201 Brake Pressure Sensor which is giving a 01435 fault code...
