Gearbox oil you'll need around 2.5L, your friendly neighbourhood stealer sells them in 1L bottles so you'll need three of those and he (or she) will happily relieve you of a sum in the order of £45 for the privilege. I had mine done lately and the research I found mostly suggested just getting whatever the current recommended stuff for the gearbox in your car is, give them your reg or VIN number and they'll know what to get you.
Not sure on the brake fluid but have a quick search, I know there were a couple of threads on this not long ago.
As for brake fluid I'd recommend Motul RBF600 - had it in my last car and it seemed pretty good. I looked at a couple of DOT5.1 fluids and the Motul (DOT4) spec was better. It's like £25/litre though.
Just make sure you pressure test your set up on the reservoir first before adding brake fluid and make sure you check the tyre your using is at or below the recommended pressure on the instructions
