Gearbox oil you'll need around 2.5L, your friendly neighbourhood stealer sells them in 1L bottles so you'll need three of those and he (or she) will happily relieve you of a sum in the order of £45 for the privilege. I had mine done lately and the research I found mostly suggested just getting whatever the current recommended stuff for the gearbox in your car is, give them your reg or VIN number and they'll know what to get you.

Not sure on the brake fluid but have a quick search, I know there were a couple of threads on this not long ago.

Just make sure you pressure test your set up on the reservoir first before adding brake fluid and make sure you check the tyre your using is at or below the recommended pressure on the instructions

i have Redline MT90 in my gearbox, made it silky smooth, no longer notch when cold, the slight whine i had on decelleration has also gone.

pricey tho, was about £50 to fill the box, worth it tho!
