Hi all

Just fitted the dv+ to my standard map Cupra 280. It has the main spring in place

Cars seems a little more wooley in terms of throttle response, and the 5.5k ‘kick’ is now watered down

Not sure if this is normal, I’ve checked a million times and all the seals are in place, no threads are stripped and nothing can be felt leaking when the engine is revved up

Thanks in advance

Did you grease it up? I've read threads about them drying out... so assume you need to put some assembly grease on it.

Thanks for the replies.

Turned out to be my fault in the end, it was missing a spring from the oe solenoid

Feels loads better than stock in terms of throttle response. Bring on stage 2!
