Gloss Black Front Bumper Grills

So, the chrome grill surround on my SE has been really getting on my nerves lately. I decided to go ahead and paint it gloss black. But then I thought why not paint all the grills and plastic upper and lower bits in the bumper. In my opinion, they just look really ugly the way they are now.

Has anyone done that before? Any pics of how it would look like?

I have an FR that I’ve had the main grill surround wrapped black and I’ve added a tinted wrap to the front fog lights

That looks pretty mean actually. I quite like it. But I was thinking of painting/wrapping the plastic bits around the fog lights and the lower grill. I'm interested to see how it would look like if it'd been done before.

I’ve not seen one with the matte plastic at the front wrapped or painted gloss but I’ve seen people wrap/paint the rear section on an FR which is textured. All depends on what colour your car is as well. Wrapping will be a pain due to the age of the trims I’d have thought
