Glove Box Lock Broken Off

Looking a helping hand just purchased my mk1 leon and the Glove Box Lock is broken off.Can anyone tell me if i buy a used glove box can my lock be fitted ok

My car came with the whole handle ripped off and I'm told i can just buy the whole box off a breaker and swap them over. Cannot confirm as of yet though.

I've actually got a glovebox for sale! Ready for you to swap it over if you needed.

It's a total of 4 screws holding the glovebox in and its a relatively straight swap.
