GT28RS or IHI?

As above guys, I curently have an IHI setup, a JBS one as it happens, & have come across a GT28RS setup which is a few hundred more than what Ive been offered for my IHI setup. Which is better to have & why?

Not really worth the hassle tbh imo. If its a good set up it will make a little more power. Will make quite alot more torque. There isnt too much in it if both are set up properly. Starting from scratch Id go the GT route if I wanted more power and scope to upgrade but if you already have a vf34 on and running well then theres little point in changing unless its free or you really want to imo.

Yeah I didn't think there was a major point in doing it, just the fact that I've been told that the jbs setups aren't really the best?? And I've come across an apr stage 3 GT28RS kit.
