I did this only a month ago. Its easy but i recommend that you buy longer bolts to
help you compress the new bushes.
Jack up the car and take off the wheel on one side. Place a good support under the body (at the wishbone mount is a good place) of the car and let the jack down on it. Leave the standard jack in place also for added safety. Do you have a tolley jack? If so, jack up the wishbone to take the pressure off the anti-rollbar.
Remove the anti-rollbar bolt and remove the bracket surrounding the bush. A crow bar or big screwdriver can come in handy to lever the bracket. Also use the trolley jack up and down SLOWLY to release the bush if necessary.
Take note of the way the old bush is in place. Remove old bush and replace with new bush. Replace bracket - this can be tricky, Locate the catch at the bottom of the backet and push the bracket around the rubber bush the best you can by hand (a little fairy liquid can
help it slide on)
The lug where the bolt goes through will be well away from the body and if you put in the origional bolts you will find they dont reach to start the tread. The easiest solution is to buy longer bolts. I changed them to 35mm long bolts(size M8). These will start on the tread and you can tighten them and pull in the bracket. Dont try taking them out to put in the origional bolts because the bracket will just spring open again.
Replace wheel and let down onto the ground again and repeat for the other side.
Takes about 45mins per bush.
Hope this helps
