Help cupra r 210 engine noise??

As above guys got a noise that I can't put my finger on at all! When I rev car or drive it in each gear around 2000 to 3000 rpm this knocking rattling noise comes and goes with the engine speed then goes away the higher the revs get. Doesn't usually happen when idling just when driving it's like a knocking noise but car doesn't use Any oil at all and is full on dipstick. Doesn't smoke or run bad bar iv got a dodgy coil I'm gona change. Thought it was the clutch release bearing at first or in gearbox but don't think it is all that was recently replaced in led to believe. Car was serviced not that long ago too! Help please!!!! Car is 03 reg and standard

If anyone can shed any light on this it would be a huge help as it's driving me crazy the noise! It car has run fine and hasn't gone through any oil. I stopped and started revving it tonight and could hear it also when revving it at times. Don't hear it up high revs or anything tho.

Done some investigations and noise seems to be from top end of engine. Sounds more like can chain tensioner possibly can't find anywhere to get a decent priced
Chain kit for my cupra r 210 anybody know of anywhere?
