help defi link controll unit ??

hi all need some help trying to wire the link unit in, but dont have a clue where the 12v ignition wire ,and 12v when small lamp is on wire , im ok with + - 12V supply

i dont realy want to start unwrapping wires from looms and pulling wires about

if someone can give me instructions ill try and make a how 2 for it and mayby pics too

the headlight switch has a permanent live, just a use a multimeter to identify, and also has an ignition ot it too.

Should be able to get probe in end of socket to test which is which.

The brown in the other plug is a ground.

ohhh cool thanks for the info and pics ppl

ill get the unit wired up over the weekend ready for when i got enoth money to get the meter

took me ages to work out how to get the round switch out, i tugged and pulled and sweared and pulled and tugged and swared and pulled, then remembered reading something about pushing and turning
