Help please Car dies.

I have a thought as to what this could be but would like someone elses opinion. Basically if i pull into a parking space with full lock on (clutch down) my car will die on me. Now this is really grinding my gears as it makes it look like i stall whcih in turn makes me look like a tit. lmao.

Now i think it could be my idle speed screw but then that wouldnt make sense considering it doesnt die until i have full lock on which would lead me to believe i need a new power steering belt.

Anyone elses thoughts please

I had this! Someone else on the forum suggested cleaning out the throttle body. Had this done a couple of times and it did the trick!
