Hope everyone’s having a great day, I joined the forum basically to research the 300 ST and ask some questions about it in the future as I will aim to sort something out in the next 12 months hopefully.
I currently drive an old school 6 pot BMW 1 series, and it’s a joy to drive really, but with a future project in mind, I am looking for a newish daily and one of the lead candidates for me is the 300 ST 4DRIVE DSG, and then there’s also the G20 330i or 330d.
I have a family van which is a facelift Tiguan so I have some experience with VAG. Not a huge fan of the DSG 6 and how laggy it can be, but perhaps the 7 is better.
When it comes to Seat, I’ve experienced an FR and also a 290 which belonged to a friend; the latter was a glorious hot hatch really, it was a lease but I loved the dash, modern interior and how the car handled! In recent times I’d say that model got my attention!
