Hi everyone, currently own a Corrado VR6 Storm in Mystic Blue. Lovely car (my 10th Corrado!), but I'm starting to get the itch for something a little newer. Always loved the MK1 Cupra R, so that's my first choice. Not totally convinced I should sell the Rado, but I feel like I'm losing the love a bit :(

Any opinions/advice?

Id keep the Rado standard maybe a tad lower than factory and get a Leon too ;) Theres something about the seating position/handling in the Rado which other cars dont seem to have.

To be fair, i would also keep the corrado. There's a part of me that yearns for an old school car, theres a mint 205 gti at work that keeps catching my eye.

Do something special with it, a supercharger sounds like a worthy project.

Thanks guys. Had it for 18 months now- always wanted a Mystic Blue and had dibs on it for years before I eventually got my hands on it. It looks pretty much standard, but has a few choice mods: Magnex exhaust, BMC CDA, SP263 cams + remap, Koni/H&R suspension, Full gearbox rebuild with 3.68 final drive, factory guages, chains and clutch done by Stealth, 288 front brakes, MKIV rear brakes etc etc. Bodywork is solid, although needs a proper detail to get rid of a few swirls etc.

Trouble is, I use it daily and I just want something a bit more modern like a LCR with aircon, 5 doors etc. Think I'm all Corrado'd out. Anyone wanna swap?

Can't have both I'm afraid! We have a MK1 Octy vRS etstate as the family barge, so it would have to be a straight swap...
