is it possible to get 10mm spacers that you can use existing bolts on ie spacer mounts onto hub then wheel onto spacer or is it only the larger ones?

Most of them come with the extended bolts that you need anyway. Maybe drop Damien at DPM a quick message in his Forum Sponsor section and see if he has the type you're after?
I don't think a 10mm spacer is thick enough material to do what you're suggesting, the standard bolts protrude more than 10mm behind the wheel. You could use shorter bolts, but if you're having to replace the bolts you might as well use extended bolts and go straight through to the hub.
It's only 20mm and above that will be a bolt on spacers, anything below will be bolt through.

cheers i was just wondering if i could fit some spacers but still use the original locking wheel nuts but obviously not
