Humphris Of Oxford

Anyone had any experience of Humphris of Oxford for purchase and /or
after sales ?

I bought my Cupra R from Humphris, the car had a couple of faults Stonchip in windscreen and orange paint splattered on rear quarter panel. None of the above was sorted when i came to pick the car up, so i sorted the stonechip myself but sadly the paint remains as t cut dosent even touch it. Overall i am dissapointed with the quality of service i recieved. Luckily my local dealer is Kings of Portsmouth so they will get my service from now on.

i hate the place.

infact i made an offical complaint to seat customer services about them.

I was looking for a ibiza cupra TDI. couldnt find a local dealer with one. so i thought id go up to my parents at the weekend and see if the dealer in oxford had one (about 30miles from them)
they did, infact, they had TWO!
so i rang up, and explained my situation, and he refused me a test drive!! he say in these words
"why should i let you test drive my demonstrator, only for you to go back to your local dealer and order one, or go and buy one privately?"
i was disgusted. i was seriously interested in buying one, but i clearly was not going to put money down before driving one. i hadnt even driven a VAG TDI at that time, i just didnt know what to expect.
idiots, they lost a sale there. That put me right off the idea of the Ibiza, i then purchased a Leon instead.

My god !, well i will use them for servicing mine as they are only a few miles from where I live and a mate says service there is ok but will keep ya posted..
