Hi, I have recently noticed when slowing down and accelerating in automatic mode in 1st & 2nd gear that the car seems to shake and the gearbox judder as if it going to stall. It happened again today and the car jerked forward and shock violently. Has anybody else experienced this with the DSG? I am worried as it seems to be getting worse every week. Taken back to the SEAT dealer who thought it might need upgrading, but they couldn't find anything wrong with it! Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

No it only does it when I set off from a stand still. I've heard it might be down to fuel quality. Will start to only use V-Power from now on and see if it helps.

It's most likely to do with the clutch pack, quite a few people have complained before about excessive juddering to their dealership and got it replaced and it fixed the judders when pulling away. If you've got warranty it might be worth taking it in!

Mine seems to judder when idling, does yours do the same?

Most likely soft misfires, try changing your plugs. If you have one of the earlier plated cars they changed over a few bits from the later models because of excessive misfiring.

Well mine went in for exactly the same issue and they changed the mechatronics unit. Got it back today and its fine at the moment.
