Ibiza FR 1.2tsi (105) emissions and stage 2 remap

How would I go about having my 1.2tsi (105) stage 2 while still being able to pass emissions I know it would fail as it would be out of its taxation bracket , how would I make this possible please ?

If you got a sports cat exhaust rather than decat exhaust and then got stage 2 would this not keep the emissions within the required range?

At the moment I have a cat back cobra system with resonator delete with standard cat , so would a high flow sports cat make emissions stay the same/improve if the car is stage 2 ?
