Identifying a pipe - Whats it do?

i have a pipe question ~ im unsure what its used for but its the pipe that comes out of the rocker cover and splits into 3. It goes into this huge plastic thing that looks abit like a over sized dump value, no idea what that is. The reason i am asking as its all oilly and looks like it needs replacing. Does anyone have a part number for this? or the generic consenses of what its for? Thanks.

Breather pipe. From cam cover to oil seperator.

Its the pcv valve breather that goes into tip, mine is also oily inside all the pipes think they all go like that, not sure if you need to replace it you could just install a catch can which will collect all oil that goes through preventing any oil in tip. I will be doin this soon.

OK thanks guys. Im gonna give SEAT a call and see if i can locate a part number and price. Its oilly on the outside (looks as though its leaking externally). Its a right pain as it uses those one time clips ~ always end up cutting into the pipe lol.

Spoke to dealer ~ its 26+vat for the breather pipe, after he finally identified the part #!! I had look on the ebay link - Hamzilla but its no good as i have a BAM engine ~ so wont fit :=)

You may be better off using 19mm ID silicone hose and a t-piece connector.

ive got the replacement, part # 06a 103 221 bg for BAM engine (225).

Im going to give it a try with some decent jubliee clips and see how long it lasts. I emailed that guy with the ebay link and he said he could get some in for the 225 engine but would be 3-4 weeks and obviously cant wait that long.
