Immobiliser problem / Remove Immo Protection

Hello

I have Seat Ibiza 1.2 12v with Simtec Siemens VDO 9.1 ECU on it. Here is my problem.
I had my car parked in my backyard for an oil change but I've been busy with the cabs, here and there so I must have forgot the hood open and I found the other day that my ECU was stolen.

I bought the same Siemens ECU from a crashed car (Ibiza 1.2 12v) and I put it into my car. Dashboard says 'SAFE' engine is running but wont fire up. From what I know my car has Immo protection and keys won't match up with my ECU Immo. How can I remove the Immo protection? I do mechanics but this is something Im unfamiliar with.

What software/cables do I need? I don't want to tow my car to my dealership store cause the nearest dealership is (300 euros tow) far from here and I don't want to know how much I would have to give there.

Please someone, how can I remove the Immo protection, I don't need it. I desperately need my car cause I have a cab company and this is a brand new car sitting there in the backyard. If someone let me know what do I need to sort this out I have people here working with those stuff they could help me with their knowledge.

Thanks in advance, Denko.

As far as I am aware - you can't remove it.

Even the SEAT dealer never gets the codes when programming new keys.

To program a key to the car you need to connect the car to a dealer computer - the dealer computer connects to SEAT database and checks various codes - then sends the correct code for the key back to the car.

I took my Ibiza to a near repair shop, a friend of mine took his Ibiza there and they swapped the Immo chip, car is starting with all the keys? How's that come?

I was just wondering, they swap chips with new that don't use key chips to start? Any thoughts about this?
