Induction noise post remap

Hi All.

Just had a question regarding a remap on the MK2 Leon Cupra.

Is it normal after having a remap to have a noticably louder sucking/induction noise coming from the engine bay?

Car is using standard airbox.

Once the car is remapped...it will make the turbo work harder and hense amping the induction noise louder also this includes the exhaust too. shouldn't be that much louder though more sporty me thinks.

Yes you will notice a different engine note and will sound different.

You'll now want to start adding other things

I've been mistaken chaps.

The noise is coming from the Milltek not the front of the car.

Sounds like a jet sucking noise allthough i know it will be air coming out of the exhaust not in obviously.

Never had that before.

Map is very good mate. Enough power low down and then lets loose higher up to prevent too much loss of traction.
