My Seat Connect globe has been grey for the last 4 days. Went on a 70 mile round trip not change. Cannot get an update to the app which shows car unlocked with doors and bonnet open (From dealer last week).
Also get this now when trying to get an update even after the 70 mile journey, so presume still down to the limited connectivity.
Have rebooted the Infotainment unit (15 second power button hold) no difference. Annoyed as I have just paid for the service on my new to me car.
