Issue with My Seat APP

Hi Everyone!

I'm Alex from Italy and I own a Seat Leon ST from a few days. A strange thing is happening with the My Seat app. Basically it warns me that the car is "Open" (Aperto in italian) while it's not. If I simply open the car and then lock it, after a few minutes the app shows the car as "Open".

As you can see even the detailed status shows all the items as locked (chiuso in italian). What should I do? Any suggestion?

I have had that happend, I just cleared the app cache/files and logged in again, same as removing and installing the app. Also see if there is an update for the app.

I have had this on this new and previous MK4 so don't think its the vehicle in spite of reinstalling the app. If you click the 'i' next to Last Updated it will manually reupdate (and should show correctly). I'm having issues trying to get maps to update...currently on 25.1?

I tried to update now following your suggestion and now the car is magically "locked". Probably the app keeped one of the last statuses (while it was unlocked) and not the last one...anyway it's a weird way to work with statuses.
