Ready Steady Cook

Wed 14 May, 4:30 pm - 5:15 pm 45min

Motoring journalist Tom Ford (5th Gear) and racing driver Jason Plato swap engine oil for olive oil and rev up for another classic twenty-minute cooking challenge with Ainsley Harriott.

 If you miss it, it will be on the BBC iPlayer Wednesday night.

lol :cartman: Maybe you and me should go on Jase.

I'll do spicy meatballs with beans and Jalapeno's and you can do Hot & Sour soup, and see who has to peg it to the loo first. ;)

I head that Jase will go on RSC with Mat Neal for a BTCC version.

Neal is rumoured to be doing something with sour grapes!

Cannot wait! I will be of course seeing it but it will also be nice I think for me to download it to my i-player aswell. It is such a damn shame that after about 6 days even the shows you have downloaded go. What is the point of it? What is the point of downloading it when you have only a matter of days to see it before it goes? If you download it with only 2 days to go before it does that doesn't leave you much time to watch it. Unless it has already been modified so downloaded shows stay, surely it would be much better if you had an account online which offers folder of some kind where you can store the shows in?

Never thought I'd say this but for once an Itallian has helped Jase' to victory.

The good news. Facinating to hear Jase tell his story himself; things I knew but had never heard from Jase himself. Shame the show wasn't on longer or we would have, I hope, heard about SEAT. And of course the ultimate winner was the charity; SPARKS. The charity Jase donated his money to.

The bad news. Got a bit miffed at Ainsley Harriott confused once or twice touring cars with rallying.

Great show and great result.
