Hi fellow Seat owner's 🙌 Been a member for just a few weeks but I've been using the app a fair bit. Just reading reviews/Articles and just getting people's thoughts on the fr 184 . Wich is just what I've went and bought. She's a 2015 in black dsg box with 34k and near full service history, had the Timing belt and water pump done at 26k. The 184 is the 4th seat I've owned and without a doubt the sleekest. My previous 5 cars have consisted of... leon cupra 1.8t/ type r ep3 / merc c220 cdi / pug gti 180/ altea sport 2.0 tdi. I've just fitted a front splitter and a rear spoiler to help give it a wee bit more of a shape (Although I think it looks very nice as is) Im planning on getting a few mods done over the next month or 2 including dsg box remapped along with the car, Twin tailpipes with back box removed ( Any advice on silencer / dpf removal Or box removal is welcome ) Thanks for reading guys 🙌

Welcome to the forum. 184 is a good strong motor and mated with the DSG, nice. Plenty of members on here mixing stuff so I’m sure you’ll get some info soon.

Thanks jcbmally. It certainly feels solid. Strong pull although there are a couple of wee flat spots on the rev range , I'm sure a map will sort that out. Loving the forum layout 🙌 Easy navigation and everything is strait forward
