Does anyone know if the non-remote key can get wet or not? Looks like some surf is hitting this weekend, but it'll be the first trip in the new car.

yeah it can get wet.. i don't think it has a bulb or anything in it :S not sure.. but if it's a normal key.. go ahead and get wet with it!

take the main key with you and leave it in the car. If the chip inside the spare does get wet you will be able to open your car with it but not start.
