Lcr heaters.. Help!

For some reason ive noticed that my heaters are blowing cold.. When my lcr's warmed up and the heaters are blowing full, it comes out luke warm but nothing hot!

Anyone had this problem before?

If so please help because its too cold!

I haven't got a lcr so you can ignore me! In my fiesta zetec s I had the same problem, I'll only get heat if I put my foot down on the dual carriage way. I found it wasthe heater control valve, I changed this and boomy heating is toastie.

You could have a similer problem with yours, you could locate it and disconnect it and put a live feed to it to see if it opens and closes. If it does then you know it's a problem elsewhere. Hopefully what I said shines some light.

ive got the same problem , fluids are fine , im guessing thermostat , but dont know how to fix it? seat said could be 1 of 7 motors behind the dash opening and closing the heat ducts

I have exactly the same problem in my audi, have had all the flaps motors checked, had the system blead, had the thermostat checked, had the water pump changed and still no luck. The problem with mine seems to be that only one of the 2 pipes leading to the heater matrix/rad is hot when both should be.
Lee69 has advised that it could be a blocked matrix so going to a different garage tonight and see what they say. Yours could be the same problem as mine.

Lee thought there were a few people with WP failure that temp stayed normal but heater not working, could be even more poignant in this very cold weather!

If the pump goes no matter how cold it is, the car will just keep getting hotter.
when my pump went it was march iirc and i was up to 90 in no time.

It isn't a 100% given, it all depends how much of the impeller gives way.

Well yeah, if there is still some attached it will circulate to a degree.
