leon Tailgate spoiler removal

Hi folks, got a leon fr 2005 mk1. Im not much of hands on guy with cars but I dont trust the loacal garage to remove it since it looks like they used a screw driver attempting to lever it off against the roof, leaving 3 grooves in the paint on spoiler and roof on my otherwise mint leon
I need a new LED strip putting in the spoiler, how do I get the thing off in the first place, help please

If I remember right, pull the boot trim off around the top of the boot and there's 3 bolts. Don't need to remove the large boot panel I don't think, and if you can get away with not doing it then I would. It's a real bitch.
