wouldent 19inch rims affect the handling? I love the standard LCR alloys sprayed black or white I find silver or chrome alloys tacky looking.
does if not set up right , and also will be changing front end bits more often , like wheel bearings etc
19s will be heavier, which means less immediate steering response. Buying 19s you will have to re-adjust all suspension settings including height. Probably be more of an uncomfortable ride too, as most 19s are 35 profile. S**t loads more for replacement tyres too.
I wanted 19s at one stage, but imho it is all just for looks. If you want performance, 19s isnt the way forward dude

sadly i do have to agree
ride comfort is compromised my 16" wheels are more comfortable and slightly better to respond intial turn in , but i do love the look of my car at the moTommy_FR

is like you said but i want it just for look i dont think ill make any engine/ecu upgrade at least for now if i change my mind i put it back the FR's 17"
Yes. They do effect the handling, but not necessarily negatively if the right alloys/tyres are chosen. The 19" OZ Zuperleggeras I have are lighter than the standard 18" LCR alloys. They are also wider. The ride quality is slightly compramised, but on a hard coilover setup like I have it makes little difference anyway.
Yes, tyres are more expensive, but not buy that much.
I actually prefer the handling of my car with the 19s, it feels more planted and direct. Unfortunately they are not on the car at the moment because one of them is buckled
wow are the superleggeras lighter?...I know the LCR rims are famously light for what they are, so that is a good find. The LCR rims are 10kgs from what i remember.
I can back that up too.
I've had a couple of sets of superleggeras and they seem loads lighter than standard LCR wheels.
