Hi all... took my Cordoba into the garage to have some problems rectified this morning.

It had this worrying problem when idling that there was a grinding noise. It was diagnosed as either the water pump or the cam belt... Just hoping there is nothing else wrong with it or nothing serious.

So I am in the horrible position that I am waiting on the phone call which will say either....

A) Hi your car is all fixed... it was the pump and its all sorted out...

B) Your car is knackered and have a nice day

I'd get used to it mate, all part of owning a cordy!! I find the ups shadow the downs though

Well the car is back and it was the water pump car is running way better now. I had the cambelt done too.
