I bought my LEON letters from Ted Johnson on the Dealer Pages on here, its mail order and you get 10% discount too. Not sure what the part number is for CUPRA though but you at least know they are OEM. Mine cost £6 for 4 letters.

(Tip - Use Dental Floss to remove the original badges)

I agree Damo, with 20V, Leon, Seat and the Cupra badge... The back is badged right up. Having seen Pabs LC with nothing on the back, it does look really sleek!

Still going to put the LEON letters on the back in the middle though.

I don't like the completely debadgedness.

I wasn't aware the CUPRA lettering was a different size to the LEON lettering.

Hmmm. I'd prefer it say Cupra, anyone with half a brain knows its a Leon. But if it's going to be bigger letters don't want that either. ho hum..guess I'll leave as is for now.

Cheers.

I've got the Mk2 'LEON' letting on mine and a SC.net sticker, and I'm happy with it. Just enough to not look empty - a big problem on lighter coloured cars - but not enough to make it look busy :)

I'm thinking of removing my badges from the back of my Leon Cupra TDi, placing the little Cupra badge on the front grill and putting the Mk2 C U P R A lettering on the rear.

The C U P R A badge is ~£8 but needs ordering from the Stealer abot 10 miles away.

There's a Motorworld nearer, anyone know what the letters they do actually look like on?

Here's an example http://www.motor-world.co.uk/show_prod.php?prod_id=10710

I got L E O N in those Motorworld letters, don't do it! Mine were inside the car so its ok, but the letters are far too big to go outside, and the O looks too wide (due to the wide font style) so it spaces weirdly. Definitely get the original SEAT ones.
Doesn't the mk4 Ibiza come with CUPRA across the back? Maybe those letters are smaller than the mk2 Leon version...?

had to paint them red. must say i prefer it red.

I might have known you'd have that opinion Rob, too 'chavvy' is it?

Anyway as you could have guessed from my earlier post I wasn't happy with the spacing so it didn't stay there long.

Not chavvy at all, it just looks like it's been stuck on. I know it has, but it looks it. If it looked like it had always been there then fair play, but randomly chucking chrome lettering on your dash isn't cool.

If something looks good, or is original and works, I'll be first in line to say fair play.
But if it looks wrong, I'll be the first in that line too!
