Hey guys,
Recently I started seeing some intermittent warnings coming up on the dash regarding the SOS system. They did clear up with car restart but as of about a week ago, the error is now persistent.
I've scanned the car with an OBD reader and I'm getting below DTC that says it is active and I cannot clear it. Well, I can clear it, but it pops back upon reading the codes.
B180B13 LTE Antenna 2 Open Circuit
From what I've read on a few forums, it's something to do with either the wiring or one of the antennas either behind the rear bumper or the sharkfin on the roof. I also read about some antennas being part of the driver side mirror, but info was limited on that.
Does anyone happen to have part numbers for either of those parts?
I was wondering if anyone managed to successfully fix this and what worked for them please?
Would replacing the part like for like work without any coding/SFD unlock of the new part?
I'll post a screenshot of the DTC tonight once I get bet back home.
