Max and min ET 17" 18"

Going to post a buying advert for used winter wheels, don't wan't to play with spacers so is there information of max and min ET of 17"s and 18"s that will fit on my 05 fr auq, stock suspension stock brakes?

Generally I wouldn’t stray too far from the stock wheel ET, only so much as needed to keep the track the same, otherwise you’re messing with the geometry too much, but in reality for winters you’ll have the same or narrower rims. I use https://www.willtheyfit.com/ for comparison, plus look at the wheel sizes you car is homologated for on https://www.wheel-size.com/
