I must have hit the wall at work when trying to get out the way of a colleague in the car park. Got a nasty huge gash in my front bumper

I now need replacement front and rear bumpers.

Anyone know anywhere can get cheap standard bumpers for mk2 ??


Brummy can I come round and steal your front and rear Sanubia Green bumpers ??

Checked local scrappies - nothing.
Still going through ebay but dont look good.

Can you repaint other colour bumpers to match colour of car ?? or do you have to strip it right back and respray ?

ive been looking for front and rear bumpers for a long time, very rare item and almost all that come up are pre facelift!

You'll pay good money for any that come up on ebay.
And yes if its another colour it will need to be stripped and prep'd

and as it happens i have a rear bumper in my shed at home, but its red.. and its going on MY car once I can get the bloody spraying done....

Oh well, seems I'll just have to drive it around looking battered. The way other people park in Hove, it wont be long before theres another 10 - 15 dinks in it before the year is out.
